Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

Reviewistic Pin Tool provides a workflow for creating Pinterest-ready Pin drafts from product or content details supplied by the user, previewing those drafts, selecting a Pinterest board, and manually approving Pins before publishing.

2. User responsibility for content

Users are responsible for all content they provide, draft, approve, and publish through the service. Users must have the rights, permissions, and licenses needed for images, text, destination URLs, product information, trademarks, and other materials included in their Pins.

3. Pinterest compliance

Users must comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Platform policies, advertising rules where applicable, and all other Pinterest requirements. The service is intended for legitimate content workflow use and may not be used to bypass Pinterest rules.

4. Prohibited use

Users may not use the service for spam, automated abuse, misleading content, deceptive links, unauthorized scraping, intellectual property infringement, malware, unlawful activity, engagement manipulation, or any activity that violates Pinterest policies or applicable law.

5. Manual approval and publishing

The tool supports draft creation and user-controlled publishing. It is not intended for automatic bulk posting. A user should review each Pin draft for accuracy, rights, policy compliance, and destination quality before approving publication to a selected Pinterest board.

6. Account access and security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and connected Pinterest access. If a user believes account access has been compromised, they should revoke Pinterest access in their Pinterest account settings and contact support.

7. Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also limit or remove access when needed for security, legal compliance, policy compliance, or service integrity.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, Pinterest API availability, publishing results, traffic, impressions, engagement, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewistic Pin Tool and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
