2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Pinterest content workflow and operate the service. This may include:

• Account information the user provides, such as name, business name, and contact email.
• Pinterest OAuth authorization data, including access tokens or refresh tokens when required to connect the user's Pinterest account.
• Pinterest board IDs and board names needed to let the user choose their own boards.
• Pin draft data, such as title, description, image URL, destination URL, optional source link, selected board, and approval status.
• Basic technical logs used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate the user with Pinterest through OAuth.
• Display the user's own Pinterest boards for board selection.
• Create and publish Pins that the user has reviewed and approved.
• Show created Pins, status, or confirmation details when needed for the workflow.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

4. Pinterest API data

Pinterest API data is used only to provide the app's stated features. Access tokens are treated as secrets and are used only to make authorized Pinterest API requests for the connected user.

Reviewistic Pin Tool does not sell Pinterest data, does not use Pinterest data for advertising profiling, does not use Pinterest data for engagement manipulation, and does not post Pins without user approval. Pinterest permissions are requested for the following purposes:

• boards:read: to show the user's own Pinterest boards so the user can choose a publishing destination.
• pins:write: to publish user-approved Pins to a selected board.
• pins:read: only if needed to display created Pins, publishing status, or confirmation details.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data or Pinterest data. We may share limited information only with service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or operate the service. These providers are expected to handle data only for service-related purposes. We may also disclose information when required for legal compliance, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to valid legal process.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, and support the user's content workflow. Users may request deletion of account data, stored Pin drafts, and stored Pinterest authorization data by contacting support@[reviewistic.com].

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. Pinterest access tokens and similar credentials are treated as confidential secrets and should be stored securely in production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users can stop using the service at any time. Users may revoke Pinterest access through their Pinterest account settings. Users may also contact support@[reviewistic.com] to request deletion of stored data associated with the service.

9. Children's privacy

The service is intended for business and personal content workflow use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
